Kanzdor delivers digital products and online services through a mix of instant delivery, dashboard delivery, email delivery, manual fulfillment, provider processing, and customer-specific delivery methods depending on the product type.
Delivery speed depends on the product, payment status, stock availability, required customer information, third-party provider status, and whether the item requires manual verification.
Our goal is to deliver quickly, securely, and clearly while keeping customers updated through order status, tracking, and support.

Customer Information Required for Delivery
Some products require customer-provided information to deliver correctly.

Gift Cards, Codes & Top-ups
Gift cards, redeemable codes, and top-ups are sensitive digital products because they may be used quickly after delivery.
- Codes are delivered through the order page, email, dashboard, or support.
- Customers must verify region / platform compatibility before purchase.
- Redeemed codes are usually non-refundable.
- Top-ups require correct account / server / region information.
- Wrong top-up destination caused by customer error may not be reversible.
- If an unused code is confirmed invalid, support can investigate replacement or refund eligibility.
